FY2008 Microsoft Partnering to Succeed award for Microsoft's 4-state Heartland Area
and the 18-state Central Region. This award recognizes both companies' commitment
to collaborate with multiple partners to help solve customer's business issues.

Partner Program. The Partnering to Succeed award is the only recognition of joint
efforts of Microsoft Partners. While InterDyn - Socius and PCMS share over two
dozen clients, they were specifically honored for their work with a major beverage
distributor which centers around integrating, centralizing and standardizing HRIS,
Time and Attendance and Payroll systems in order to increase staff productivity
through easier data collection and improved communication between internal
functional departments and to external vendors and agencies.

In winning the Partnering to Succeed award for the Heartland Area, InterDyn - Socius
and PCMS became eligible to receive awards on the regional level. They surpassed
the award winners from the other three areas in the Central Region to receive the
regional recognition and become eligible to compete on a national level. All awards
will be formally presented at Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference in July 2008.
